Working with the project engineer, McNeill Water & Wastewater, Inc., designed this plant to meet the stringent influent characteristics anticipated from the Correctional Facility and the Industrial Park.

Due to unstable soil conditions McNeill provided a slurry pile system to stabilize the wastewater treatment plant slab structure.
