McNeill Water & Wastewater, Inc., was the named wastewater treatment plant manufacturer in the bid documents. McMeill's technical staff worked with the project engineer to provide plans and specifications for the plant. This plant was expanded to 40,000 G.P.D. which is its current capacity.
