McNeill Water & Wastewater, Inc., was awarded the original project on the basis of its ability to provide a wastewater treatment plant quickly to meet the large increase in flows the Choctaws were anticipating as well as give them a plant that could treat the wide range of wastewater from the many and varied facilities located on the reservation.
