Project Description: 
Phase I constructed as a 100,000 GPD contact stabilization plant equipped to operate initially as a 50,000 GPD extended aeration plant.

Phase II is planned as a McNeill "QUAD" poured in place concrete plant utilizing all tanks constructed and installed in Phase I for sludge holding. Effluent is land applied.
